It will meet or current functionality to maintain our business needs, support our current processes and provide an avenue to explore new opportunities to enhance the user’s experience and future technologies to best serve FM objectives.

Avantis Mobile Maintenance
Status: In Progress
- Provide flexibility in the field
- Users see assigned work order on their mobile device
- Reduce paper & paper handling (touchless option)
- Enter time cards directly from work order and syncs to Rapid Time for approval & posting
- Close work order & add closing comments (text and voice to text)
- View today’s hours on home screen (as you enter time cards)
- Create work requests with photos

Avantis Process Mapping
Status: Starting
- Document current processes
- Use processes to identify gaps in Avantis replacement requirements
- Use to develop test and training plans in our new application
- Use as a starting point to identify opportunities for improvements during the new application implementation and create new process maps

The Project goal is to have a new website designed and operational at the end of November. The new website's content will replace the current content in the main FM website under the FM EMPLOYEE section.
