Avantis Succession Project Update

Good morning,

In July 2022, Facilities Management Technology Services (FMTS) started the Avantis Succession Project. The goal is to select a new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) by the end of 2023.

This new system, like Avantis, will be used for work order, asset, and inventory management, to accurately track labour hours, labour and material costs.  It will also provide detailed reporting tools and fully integrate with the Western’s PeopleSoft Financial and Human Resources systems.
