Starting date of this project is June 2022
The Avantis Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that Facilities Management has used for over 25 years will be phased-out in December 2026.
The Project goal is to have a new CMMS system selected, implemented and operational before that date. The new CMMS will meet FM’s current functionality to maintain our business needs, support our current processes and provide an avenue to explore new opportunities to enhance the user’s experience and future technologies to best serve FM objectives.
