EAM Project

Project Title: EAM Implementation - Transition from Avantis (including Rapid Time and VIP) to IFS Cloud
Scope: A multi-year project to procure and implement a new Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system
Project Delivery: Fall 2026
Project Sponsor: Mark Durnin
Project Manager: Michelle Knox
About the Project
Avantis, a system supporting our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for 30+ years, will be sunsetted by the parent company in December 2026. Updates and support for the system will no longer be available.
The EAM Project seeks an alternative to replace Avantis' current capacities and include new and more modern features. In 2025, and after an extensive procurement process, IFS Cloud was selected as the successor. Among a variety of capabilities, IFS Cloud will currate work orders, manage payroll, and facilitate safety training.
